All our workers are W-2 employees of Adia. This means we handle workers comp, benefits, taxes, employee conduct, etc. We take care of all of the paperwork, so you don’t have to.
To be an Adia worker, you must pass an extensive background check – SSN trace, sex offender search, global watchlist search, and national criminal search. Then, workers must submit an I-9 so that we can verify their identity and employment eligibility.
Once verified, workers complete questionnaires and speak to our Community Support Reps, to vet their previous experience, skills, provide licenses and certificates, and ensure they are workers we would be confident in sending to your job.
