Submit a Ticket: Head to the drop down menu in the top right corner and click Support. Choose the category you need help with and type a short message explaining the issue. We’ll get back to you ASAP with an answer.
Call or Email: Click on the ? icon anywhere in the app to easily find out Client Success phone number and email. Email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Live Chat: Need a quick answer to a question? Just tap the chat bubble at the bottom left of the screen to live chat with the Client Success Rep. We’ll ask you for your email, in case a Rep is busy at the moment.
