Our company is hiring for hourly labor gigs near Dallas, TX. The location is in the Fort Worth area. Workers will perform civil construction duties at job site locations in Fort Worth, Southern Dallas, and occasionally the Arlington and Grand Prairie area communities. Free parking is available for hired individuals working shifts or job candidates attending scheduled interviews.
General Labor Gig Responsibilities and Duties
Our company is seeking individuals to perform civil construction labor. Hired workers will be required to perform tasks for Dallas labor gigs on site, which may include transporting materials, shoveling, raking debris, spotting heavy equipment, and other miscellaneous on-site assignments. Depending on the assignment schedules, workers will either work on the traditional civil crew or work on the pipe crew. All hired staff members will be responsible for conducting work around heavy equipment, so they must have special awareness on site as they perform their labor gigs.
- Must be over 18 years of age by date of hire for all labor gigs
- A high school diploma or GED is required
According to federal, state, or local government regulations, labor gigs may require the attainment of licenses and/or certifications. - Workers must possess a valid, permanent driver’s license from their state of residence, and a clean driving record per company standards is required.

Workers in the General Laborer role may be responsible for operating the company vehicle on assigned service routes for the work day. No special driver’s license is required. However, positions may require extensive local driving to worksites for labor gigs in Dallas.
