Adia Helps Charming Charlie Strip Down Operating Costs Post COVID

Charming Charlie is a women’s fashion and accessories retailer with 261 stores nationwide.

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, Charming Charlie began closing its brick-and-mortar locations shifting it’s business entirely online along with a select number of temporary pop-up shops.

In an effort to become leaner, Charming Charlie tapped Adia to provide on-demand staff for their pop-up locations across a number of regions, further reducing their overhead.



Adia successfully supplied both customer facing retail workers as well as back-of-house general labor to small, medium, and large markets throughout multiple regions of the country.
